This page explains how to report abuse on Vote 4 Rewards and the steps we take to address it.
What is Abuse?
Abuse includes illegal content such as insults, threats, hate speech, dissemination of fake news, copyright infringements, or other criminal acts in accordance with German law, particularly the Network Enforcement Act (NetzDG) and the Digitale-Dienste-Gesetz (DDG).
How to Report Abuse?
If you find content on our platform that violates the law, you can report it by email. Write to [email protected]. Please provide your name, company, address, and telephone number. Describe the issue in detail and provide the full URL of the content in question. If there are multiple links, include all of them as plain text in the email.
If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed upon by one of our users, please contact us by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. Please note that we will only process complaints that meet the following requirements: - Please provide us with your name, your company, your address, and your telephone number. - Please supply the complete link of the infringing page; we need the exact link of the page in question. - Please explain which copyright protected work is in question. - Should multiple links be affected, please ensure that all full links are included in your message. Please integrate all links directly as plain text into your message. - If you act on behalf of someone else, please attach an authorization of the copyright holder. - Please only write to us in German (preferred) or English. Please make sure you can receive messages on the email address from which you contact us. Anonymous or incomplete messages will not be processed. Thank you for your understanding.

For obviously illegal content, we remove it immediately. For less clear cases, the review may take longer. You will receive confirmation of processing by email.
As a platform operator, we are obliged to respond to complaints and remove illegal content in accordance with NetzDG and DDG. NetzDG applies to platforms with more than 2 million users, but we voluntarily apply these standards to ensure a safe environment.
