Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Vote 4 Rewards platform (hereinafter referred to as "Platform"), operated by Alexander Frank. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

To list a game server or access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Users must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. If you are under 16, you may only use the Platform with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Server owners may submit their game servers for listing on the Platform. By submitting a server, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to operate the server.
• All information provided about the server is accurate and not misleading.
• Your server does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Your server content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Your server does not contain illegal content, including but not limited to illegal images, symbols, or text.

Server operators are fully responsible for all content submitted to the Platform. We moderate submissions only for illegal content such as prohibited images, symbols, or text. We reserve the right to review, reject, or remove any server listing that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Users may vote for listed servers once per voting period (typically 6 hours). Votes are tracked by IP address to prevent abuse.

Vote manipulation, including but not limited to using VPNs, proxies, bots, or other automated tools to artificially inflate votes, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Server owners may offer in-game rewards for votes via callback URLs. The Platform provides only the technical callback/pingback infrastructure through our composer package to notify server operators of votes. Server operators are solely responsible for the implementation, delivery, and accuracy of any rewards. The Platform bears no liability for reward distribution or reward-related issues.

The Platform provides a listing service for game servers operated by third parties. We do not operate, control, or endorse the servers listed on our Platform. Server operators are solely responsible for their server content and operations.

While we moderate submissions for illegal content (such as prohibited images, symbols, or text), we are not responsible for the content, availability, security, or legality of third-party game servers beyond our moderation scope. Any issues with a game server should be addressed directly with the server operator.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Platform are owned by Vote 4 Rewards or their respective owners.

By submitting content (such as server descriptions, banners, or images), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on the Platform.

Premium features are offered as subscription-based services processed through Stripe. Pricing, payment terms, and feature details are provided on the Platform.

Premium subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Billing Portal accessible from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You have the right to cancel premium services within 14 days of initial purchase for a full refund in accordance with German consumer protection law (§ 312g BGB), provided the service has not yet been fully provided. After this period, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or other conduct that we deem harmful to the Platform or other users.

You may request account deletion only by sending an email to [email protected] from your registered email address. Upon verification and processing of your request, your personal data will be anonymized in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations (GDPR). This ensures that your account and associated data cannot be traced back to you, while preserving statistical integrity of the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hamburg, Germany.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
